Off Road Runs
Paul Davies Has updated us with the latest list of off road runs.
 Venue – Blairadam Forest, main car park Time - 7pm Date - Thursday 10th May Notes – A relaxing run prior to the Cateran Trail Race / Relay
Venue – Tillicoultry Glen Time - 7pm Date - Thursday 17th May Notes – A hilly run in the Ochills, further details to follow shortly.
Venue – Tillicoultry Glen Time - 7pm Date - Thursday 24th May Notes – A hilly run in the Ochills, further details to follow shortly.

sorry I couldn’t join you all tonight, feeling a few nasty niggles after last nights race(pathetic huh!!) But wanted to be sure I am all set to go on sat. Hope you had a good run. I’ll see you all next thursday in the glen-and for most of you, see you Sat)

Hi Tracy
Only a small turn out this week, Paul D and myself (Kaida and Ben my dogs went to swell the numbers).
I think with the 10k and saturdays event peple were resting.
It rained all the way through our 4mile very slow muddy run.
