Recce Run Leg 4
Well done to all the Hillbillies who turned out today. We had 15 on a wet and windy day. George even took the hardier ones out and over the hill to do the last part of leg 3.
We will be posting the teams at The Academy on the notice board and if you are on email it will also be sent out with the bulletin.
One Idea is to all meet up at the start of our own legs (1,2,3 or 4) next Sunday to do recce runs. What do you think?

I’m up for that as I’ll have to recce leg 3 anyway. Probably better to have a car at Strathmiglo so we can run the whole leg and drive back to Scotlandwell. Any others for leg 3?

I really need to recce leg 3, so next Sunday sounds good to me. I think it would be worthwhile leaving a car (or cars) at Strathmiglo so that we can run all of leg 3 and drive back round to Scotlandwell. It was a good run today, leg 4 is a really good “running” leg. So is anyone up for leg 3 next week?

I was thinking of going out to do Leg 4 on my own on Sunday anyway, so would welcome the chance to run it with others. I’ll be there at 10 anyway on the assumption that I may have company.

I am trying unsuccessfully so far to post a response. I shall turn up at Strathmiglo ready to do leg 4 either on my own (which I was planning to do anyway) or with whoever turns up.

I’m planning a run on saturday at 10am from Scotlandwell if anyone wants to join me. I’ll be taking in leg 2 and probably run on to w.lomond and more if the weather permits, give me a shout on 07952 747995 or turn up at 10 sharp!
