Wedneday Night run

As punishment for being last Hillbilly at Clachnaben I subjected myself to a run (beasting) round Benarty Hill with Richie.  It is a great run with lots of variety and lots of opportunity for different sorts of running or training.  I hope you enjoy the Thursday run and think we will use the area more for training this year than we have before.

New training runs for new and experienced hill runners

Following on the success of the “Hill running isn’t scary” runs last year and our recce runs for the Devils Burden we have seen an increased interest in hill running with in the club.

We are planning more Hill runs and recce runs this year. Before we plan anything we would like to ask your opinion as to what you would like to see and the sort of runs you would prefer.

Please take some time and post a comment below. By letting us know what you want we can design a programme that suits most Hillbillies.
