Loch Lochy Munros & other races
HILL RUNNING GRAND PRIX
The 6th counting event in our Hill Running Grand Prix takes place this Saturday at the Loch Lochy Munros from Achnacarry. The race is 13 miles with 4350 ft of climbing.

There was a good turnout of 14 club members at last Thursday’s Hill Rinng isn’t Scary session and the next session is on Thursday 18th June.
Saturday 6th June – Glas Tulaichean Uphill Race, Glenshee
Sandy Bennet placed 8th at Saturday’s Glas Tulaichean Uphill Race at Glenshee covering the 4.5 miles (2200ft) in 45.55. Fabienne Thompson finished 4th lady in 51.46.
Saturday 6th / Sunday 7th June – Low Alpine Mountain Marathon
Carnegie’s Andy Symonds paired up with Shettleston’s Jethro Lennox to take part in the Low Alpine Mountain Marathon from Kintail. The race over two days saw Andy and Jethro win the Elite Class in a cumulative time of 11.20.11.
