Entries for the Carnethy 5 are now open!

The incredibly popular Carnethy 5 Hill Race from Silverburn near Penicuik will be the opening race in our 2009 Hill Running Grand Prix. This event saw 18 Carnegie runners take part in 2008 as they were quick enough to enter the event on-line. Many Harriers left it too left and the race sold out in 4 days. On-Line entries (£11) for the 2009 event which takes place at 2pm on Saturday 14th February open at midday on 5th January on the Entry Central website which can be found HERE and further details can be found on the Carnethy website HERE. The race is 6 miles and covers 5 summits with a total of 2500ft of ascent. Please entry early and this event will fill up very quickly.
